We collect the data you provide voluntarily — such as name, email, phone, location and your project details — when you request a quote, contact us or use the support assistant. To prevent fraud, abuse and protect site security, we also temporarily collect technical request data such as IP address, browser user-agent and request origin for form submissions. The website also stores functional preferences in your browser, such as your chosen language. If you allow optional technologies, usage and campaign-attribution data may also be collected through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, without including personal data entered in forms.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to respond to quote and contact requests, provide technical support, manage the commercial relationship and improve our services and website. Technical request data is used only to prevent fraud and abuse, investigate security incidents and protect the service. The legal basis for this limited security processing is our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe; form data itself is processed with your consent and for pre-contractual steps taken at your request. We do not use these technical records for marketing, profiling or analytics.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may only be shared with service providers necessary to run the business (for example, installation and after-sales support) and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Technical security records containing IP address, browser user-agent and request origin are access-restricted and automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses strictly functional local storage, for example to remember your language and cookie choices. Only after you accept does the website load Google Tag Manager, through which Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement and advertising technologies may be enabled. If you reject, these optional technologies are not loaded. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, messages, CVs or other form contents to these tools. You can manage or clear this data in your browser settings. If the quote form is provided through an external service such as HubSpot, that service is also loaded only after you accept.
