Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the MultiWindows website and the general conditions applicable to quote requests and to the purchase of our products and services.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the MultiWindows website and to quote and contact requests made through it. By using the website or submitting a request, you accept these terms. The purchase of products and services is always formalised in a written contract or proposal, which prevails over these terms in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Quotes and proposals

Quotes are free of charge and carry no obligation. Any proposal is provisional until the on-site technical measurement, which may adjust dimensions, quantities and amounts. Unless stated otherwise in the proposal itself, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Price simulator

The simulator available on the website provides indicative estimates only, calculated from reference values, and does not constitute a contractual offer. The final price depends on the on-site measurement, the chosen configuration (profile, glazing, colour, hardware) and the installation conditions. For configurations outside our reference price grid, the price is provided on request.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed upon acceptance of the proposal and the agreed initial payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in two stages: 50% on acceptance and the remaining 50% on installation. We accept bank transfer, card and cash, as described on the payment page.

5. Delivery and installation times

The manufacturing and installation times indicated are estimates and, as a rule, run from the confirmation of the order and the technical measurement. They may be adjusted for production reasons, material availability or force majeure, and the customer will be informed of any relevant change.

6. Warranties

Our products benefit from the legal conformity warranty provided for consumer goods under Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 84/2021), without prejudice to any additional commercial warranties set out in the proposal or contract. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interventions or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us using the details below.

7. Intellectual property and liability

The contents of this website (texts, images, trademarks and logos) belong to MultiWindows or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. The information on the website is provided for information purposes and may be updated at any time; MultiWindows accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of estimates or website content without confirmation in a written proposal.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from these terms or from contracts entered into with MultiWindows shall be submitted to the courts of the district where the company has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory legal rules protecting consumers, who may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or use the alternative dispute resolution channels indicated below.
